---------------------------

Suggestions -What to bring to the Potluck Healthy Food Tasting and Mingle - 12:00 to 2:00 pm -

Sauerkraut would be a good choice to bring - either homemade or a store-bought brands that are REALLY live, probiotic and raw!

for info on best probiotic brands, please see Sauerkraut page at http://www.OrganicLifestyle.net/Sauerkraut.html

Manna Organics Sprouted Breads - they have several fruit flavors, which are sweet and moist, more like cake than bread!

A healthy salad, some cheese . . . . . or your favorite dish from Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon.

----------

Note -
the reason we suggest specific brands is because
there are so many legal loopholes in food labeling,
and so many negative ingredients and processes,
that otherwise it's hard to know which to get.
The Weston A. Price Foundation researches many brands,
in order to make these recommendations.
